Always check that the package has been opened. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the package when you receive it, do not accept it and ask the courier to return it. 


Should a product you ordered not work correctly or be defective immediately upon receipt, we kindly ask you to submit a warranty request.

Go to 'My account', 'My return & warranty requests' and then click 'Start return or warranty request'. You will also find a video on how to fill out this form ('instruction video: return request').


If you entered the part number of the defective part, please add it.


Instead of the Proof of Purchase, you may upload/add a photo of the defective product.


If you have completed/added the required fields (indicated with an *) you can complete the request by clicking on "Complete RMA request". You will now receive an RMA number. With this number in the subject line you will automatically be notified by email of the status of your request. Please do not return anything without our approval.
