How incredibly annoying to read that your handheld steamer is currently not working properly.
In most cases, it is easily solved by unscrewing the water tank and when you open it you will see a small grey ball (see photo).
Perhaps this ball is too tight in the rubber, preventing water from entering the inlet. I would like to kindly ask you to unroll the ball. We expect the appliance to work again after this. Now keep the steam button pressed a little longer. This is because during the first use, it may take a little longer for the pump to pump up the water.
If this does not make your steamer work, please let us know and we will look for another solution.
