We're sorry to hear that the temperature of your heater seems to be not displayed correctly.
The deviation in the displayed temperature is due to the way this device is calibrated. This is because the sensor is too close to the heating element. (This is common with this type of device). Resetting the heater will solve the problem.
With the following staps, you can reset your heater:
- Press the 'mode' button for about 10 seconds.
- The device then emits 4 beeps to confirm the reset.
- All wifi data is also reset, so the device will have to be reinstalled after the reset.
- To do this, follow the steps in the manual/app.
As the heater is then on for longer, the difference will become smaller and smaller, in most cases returning to normal after 2-3 hours (depending on the size of the room and insulation etc.).
