How to submit a warranty or return request (Tristar)

- Fill in the required information to complete the request
- Unless a product was purchased directly from Smartwares (e.g., spare parts), you don't need to enter an invoice number. In this case, use '00000'.
You will receive a confirmation of your request by mail. In the subject of the mail you will find the RMA number, with this number the warranty request is known to us.
